Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India takes 10–15 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 15–20 business days.

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost will be paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives. No shipping fees are collected at checkout.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully packaged in premium protective material to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Fragile items such as glassware and ceramics are double-boxed with custom padding.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Eligible for Return

• Item arrived damaged or broken
• Wrong item was delivered
• Item significantly differs from the description

Not Eligible for Return

• Change of mind after purchase
• Items marked as Limited Edition or One of a Kind
• Customised or personalised items
• Items that have been used or are not in original condition

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info.brushestopixels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order ID
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
